What we look for:

Hands-on technical experience in a hard-tech domain — robotics, semiconductors, biotech, space, defense, or similar

Able to own and deliver technical work independently, not just support or manage

Evidence of real output: something built, shipped, designed, tested, or deployed
✓
Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating technical decisions clearly
