How fast can I get matched?
Typically 24–72 hours for an initial match. Complex requirements (specific clearances, niche specializations) may take up to one week.
What does engagement look like contractually?
We handle the paperwork. Clients sign a standard services agreement with Terafruit. Engineers are either W-2 contractors or independent consultants depending on structure.
Can I hire someone permanently through Terafruit?
Yes. We offer a conversion path. If you want to convert a contractor to a full-time employee, we have a standard conversion fee structure.
Do you place engineers with security clearances?
Yes. A significant portion of our network holds active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearances. Clearance level is part of our matching criteria.
